iOS Quality Engineer (eBay Mobile)
Job Location: Portland, OR 
Primary Job Responsibilities:
*Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases. You will be expected to contribute to functional, integration, certification, and regression testing, and work closely with specialists in areas such as accessibility, user experience, and performance.
*Utilize knowledge of software design and work closely with engineering team to continually reassess risk and update testing strategies appropriately.
*Work with Product Development, Product Management, Performance Engineering, and Operations teams to develop innovative testing solutions that meet market and business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
*Scope and estimate testing effort, help plan projects, track progress to schedule, and report status including mitigation and remediation plans for project risks.
*Use knowledge of software design best practices to evaluate software concurrently with generation of product specifications

Job Requirements
Eight years of experience with object oriented programming / whitebox testing, four of which has been spent testing GUI applications, preferable mobile
At least two years of experience testing software in an environment that includes dynamic distributed web service API dependencies
troubleshooting skills with Mac Windows, iPhone Operating Systems
Power user level familiarity with a variety of iPhone applications

Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
