Primary Job Responsibilities
The Global Fraud, Risk and Security Engagement Manager is responsible in ensuring the successful delivery, high quality and great customer satisfaction of Information Security Programs and Projects.

The Engagement Manager will lead project teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology areas. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage resources, schedule, budget and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle. The candidate will often work in close coordination internal stakeholder, vendors to successfully manage and deliver projects. Engagement Manager will also be expected to contribute to the development of a project management methodology. This position will report to the Engagement Team Manager.

Job Requirements
Engagement Management– This position will have accountability for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous large projects and programs. Candidate will work together with business, business owners and technology leads to build well-structured project plans that segment projects into The Engagement Manager will be expected to use expert communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, kpi's and expectations on delivery. Candidate will provide direction to project resources, monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, and intelligently identify issues and risks requiring escalation when reporting project status. Candidate will need to closely monitor change requests and prevent unapproved requirement modifications that result in scope creep. Engagement Manager will need to schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on schedule and resources.
Relationship Management– Should have ability to motivate and build collaborative teams who are dedicated to project delivery. Candidate will work in collaboration with external business partners, internal business area experts, business analysts and software development teams. Will need to set expectations among these groups regarding scope, timeline and quality of deliverables.

Participating as a member of the Site Operations team responsible for management and operation of the US & CA platforms

Ensure 2nd and 3rd line support for production environment, including on-call

Job Requirements
