iPad QA Analyst (eBay Mobile)
Job Location: Portland, OR 

Primary Job Responsibilities
*Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases. You will be expected to contribute to functional, integration, certification, and regression testing, and work closely with specialists in areas such as accessibility, user experience, and performance.
*Utilize knowledge of software design and work closely with engineering team to continually reassess risk and update testing strategies appropriately.
*Work with Product Development, Product Management, Performance Engineering, and Operations teams to develop innovative testing solutions that meet market and business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
*Scope and estimate testing effort, help plan projects, track progress to schedule, and report status including mitigation and remediation plans for project risks.
*Use knowledge of software design best practices to evaluate software concurrently with generation of product specifications

Job Requirements
Four years of experience testing GUI software in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with web services and defect tracking systems
Advanced troubleshooting skills with Mac, iPhone, and iPad Operating Systems.
Power user level familiarity with a variety of iOS application
Install development builds, retrieve and parse console and device logs to aid in defect isolation and reporting

Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
